What to take with you to the first meeting?
All documents from the developer will be useful, such as: plans of the property, plans of the electrical, plumbing, heating installations and finishing standard. Materials illustrating your expectations regarding the end result will also be helpful (e.g. photos – inspirations for interior design). This will help us to estimate the cost of renovation or the price of a turnkey apartment finishing service most accurately.
Can you help me with the acceptance of the apartment from the developer?

Do you clean up after renovation/finishing works?
When you entrust us with interior finishing or renovation works, you don’t have to worry about dirt and mess. After completing the project, we clean the interior with great precision. This way you can just walk in and feel yourself at home!
